      • No written procedures were present for skin cleansing or accidental exposures. Copies of templates will be provided. No procedures were present for the use of the mobile sink. Please ensure a skin cleansing procedure is created for all services that require skin cleansing and other procedures are on file for review.

      • There are several items in the service room that are not associated with the business and make cleaning difficult. Please remove all unnecessary items and all items not associated with the business.
