      • 3) Sanitize with 50 ppm bleach (2 ml per liter of water)

      • Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure meat slicer and all food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized at least once every 4 hours. Recommend educating staff to perform cleaning at specific times (ex. 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 5:30pm)
