- Eradication of uncontrolled pests is carried out by a certified pest control operator utilizing approved chemicals and methods. Insecticides must be stored away from the food preparation area. To prevent the adulteration of food products, dangerous or toxic chemicals must be kept in containers which are clearly labelled to identify the contents, and stored in areas separate from food and food equipment.
- 33(1) An operator must ensure that the temperature of food is controlled so that the food does not deteriorate or become inedible or unsafe.

- 19(1)(c) A food establishment must be located, designed, constructed and maintained to ensure all of the following:

- Remove cardboard lining shelving throughout the kitchen and flyers around the deep fryers. Cardboard and flyers are not easily cleanable materials.
