      • At time of inspection:1. Pest control records were not available for review for this facility.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Submit the most recent pest control inspection report / invoice to verify that this facility is being monitored by a qualified professional.*****AT TIME OF RE-INSPECTION, THIS ISSUE REMAINS EXISTING.*****AT TIME OF RE-INSPECTION, THE OPERATOR OF THIS CAMP HAS INDICATED THAT THIS CAMP WILL BE CLOSED ON FEBRUARY 4, 2026. IF / WHEN THIS CAMP RE-OPENS, ENSURE THIS FACILITY HAS PEST CONTROL IMPLEMENTED.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • At time of inspection:1. The exhaust ventilation system is due for inspection / service. The expiry sticker indicates a date of April of 2024.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Submit documentation to verify that this ventilation system was inspected / cleaned within its expiry date or immediately contact a certified exhaust ventilation duct cleaning professional to inspect this ventilation hood and, if necessary, have it cleaned. Ensure a new expiry sticker is posted on the stainless steel surface of this (and any neighboring) appliances.*****AT TIME OF RE-INSPECTION, THIS ISSUE REMAINS EXISTING.*****AT TIME OF RE-INSPECTION, THE OPERATOR OF THIS CAMP HAS INDICATED THAT THIS CAMP WILL BE CLOSED ON FEBRUARY 4, 2026. Various chemicals / chemical spray bottles did not contain a label to identify the ingredients within each container / bottle.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Ensure all chemicals / chemical spray bottles are immediately labelled.*****THIS ISSUE WAS ADDRESSED DURING INSPECTION.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • At time of inspection:1. Raw meat (i.e. seafood and sausages) were found to be thawing in the temperature danger zone (i..e 4c-60c/40F-140F). These products were still partially frozen.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Immediately store all raw meat products in a refrigeration unit. Ensure all frozen meats are pulled 1-2 days ahead and stored in the refrigeration unit so they are fully thawed prior to cooking / service.*******THIS ISSUE WAS ADDRESSED DURING INSPECTION.

      • At time of inspection:1. The operator indicated that the water source comes from a permitted potable water hauler (Ford Bros.). 2. A microbiological water sample was submitted to a private laboratory for analysis. The results of this sample remain pending.The owner / operator of this work camp is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Submit the laboratory results from the microbiological water sample that was recently submitted for analysis.
