- Shelving in the dry goods storage area, walk-in cooler, and walk-in freezer requires raising to be at least 6 inches above the floor to protect from contamination and facilitate effective cleaning and pest monitoring.
- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- The following items/areas were visibly dirty and require cleaning:- microwave in dining- baking trolley- oven mittsThe cleaning logs were not completed - the camp manager indicated that he was working to update the logs to better fit the camp set up. Send copy of updated logs for review - in the meantime, documentation of cleaning actions is still needed.
