- Scoop stored inside the bulk ingredient bin with the handle in contact with the product. Discussed the issue with the camp manager and Suncor representative - camp manager sent scoop for cleaning and indicated that all scoops would be stored separately from the product.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- No paper towel and no paper towel dispenser installed at hand sink.Install a paper towel dispenser in the immediate vicinity of the hand sink.Hand soap dispenser was broken at the time of the inspection - repair and/or replace the dispenser.

- Caulking at the 3-compartment sink was damaged and requires repair/replacement.Caulking at the main prep counter was visibly dirty and damaged and requires repair/replacement.The butcherblock countertop had deep cracks/chunks missing and requires refinishing and/or replacement.
