    • Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
      • - The shipping/loading door at the right corner was not closing down fully and leaving an open gap which could allow entery of pests.
      • - Ensure to fix the door to close it completely leavingno gaps. Comments General comments: - Hand sinks were stocked with soap, hot water and paper towel. - Cooler and freezers were maintained below 4°celsius and -18°celsius. - Meat section coolers and freezers were maintained below 4°celsius and -18°celsius. - Temperature logs were adequately maintained. - All the perishable products were withing the dates of expiry and first in first out was being implemented. - Premises was maintained free of clutter and was in sanitary condition.
