- Corrective Action(s): Discussed with staff to use approx 1 capful of bleach per 1 liter of water. Do not use the vinegar water spray for food contact surfaces as it is not an approved commercial sanitizer and would not be sufficient to use for your food surfaces. Use the bleach solution (at 100 ppm chlorine residual) to adequately disinfect your tables, counters, etc.
