     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): spray bottles of bleach sanitizer (2x) tested to be >200ppm bleach (bleached out test strip). If concentration is too high, a chemical residue will remain after drying and surface will need to be wiped down with potable water afterwards.
     • Educated operators that proper ratio is 1/2 tsp household unscented bleach to 1L water.

     • Corrective Action(s): Discussed with staff to use approx 1 capful of bleach per 1 liter of water. Do not use the vinegar water spray for food contact surfaces as it is not an approved commercial sanitizer and would not be sufficient to use for your food surfaces. Use the bleach solution (at 100 ppm chlorine residual) to adequately disinfect your tables, counters, etc.
