RTU-= ready to useb) Use wipes like Cavi wipes/Lysol multipurpose wipes/preempt wipes for the hard surfaces not alcohol as alcohol is antiseptic not disinfectant.

      • Reusing wooden stick in foot scrub. Corrective action:Ensure this wooden stick is discarded after one use.

    • 17. Is reusable equipment cleaned properly (Critical)?
      • 1. Found nails on one of the nail clippers in the UV cabinet that's to store cleaned and disinfected nail instruments. The rest were in clean condition. Please ensure all nail instruments are thoroughly scrubbed clean before disinfection. 2. One of the jet covers had debris accumulated in it. Please ensure covers are disassembled for cleaning and disinfecting after each client use.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • There was no monitoring record of the CS20 available. Please keep records for at least until next routine inspection for the health inspector to review.
