      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink in the back area lacked access to cold running water. Cold water valve had been turned off.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure handsinks are supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels for handwashing practices. Operator turned the valve to enable access to cold running water at the handsink during the inspection.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Greater than 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was measured in the sanitizer spray bottle as the chlorine test strip bleached out.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer is used to effectively sanitize food contact surfaces, while protecting food from any potential chemical contamination. Person in Charge setup 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer by diluting 1/2 teaspoon bleach with a L of water during the inspection.

      • Observation: Dishwasher door opened mid rinse cycle twice at the time of inspection. Person in charge held the door to run the dishwasher.
      • Corrective Action(s): Repair the dishwasher door so that it remains closed (without being manually held) during the wash and rinse cycles; Correct today and provide an update to the Environmental Health Officer. Ensure the dishwasher continues to meet the sanitizing standard. Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 73 degrees C at the utensil level (minimal required: 71 degrees C or hotter at the utensil level) at the time of inspection.
