- Corrective Action(s): Current samosas were out for more than 4 hours and therefore discarded, one left as a display by staff but will not be sold.
- Vegetable samosas are high risk food products that must be refrigerated. 1 product can be out on display for a maximum of 4 hours. This will require a log to be kept for time tracking or 1 item can be on display but NEVER sold, while the remainder of the products are kept in the fridge. Operator will need to submit an updated food safety plan with which method he will use and an updated menu. by Friday July 26/24
