- The facility was found to be out of high-level disinfectant (HLD) for disinfecting nail instruments. Staff member confirmed that the solution is discarded daily. A new supply of CS20 was made available at the time of inspection. Please ensure that an adequate supply of HLD is consistently available.

- Nail drill bits are disinfected with alcohol. Please clean drill bits with soap and water, then rinse and dry them before placing them in high level disinfectant (e.g. CS20 and HLD5 are both acceptable).
- 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
- Debris build up along the gasket of the washing machine. Please clean gasket and viewing door.
