- In food establishments, there shall be adequate sewage and waste water disposal facilities that comply with all the requirements of the plumbing section of the Municipal Code of Chicago. INSTALL A MOP SINK SO THE MOP BUCKETS CAN BE FILLED AND DUMPED.
