      • Several dairy products were observed with expired best before dates. Foods past their best before date may be degraded in quality and may not be suitable for use.Please remove and discard all expired products immediately.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Thermometers were not available in all refrigerators and freezers to verify holding temperatures. Without accurate thermometers, staff cannot confirm that potentially hazardous foods are being maintained at safe temperatures. Please provide accurate, easily readable thermometers in each refrigerator and freezer.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • The Food Handling Permit for this facility is restricted to minimal food handling only. During the inspection, the posted menu and food service observed included multiple hot food items (for example: burgers/hot dogs, fries/tater tots, nachos, and pizza) which are not consistent with the current permit restriction. Please immediately discontinue preparation and sale of foods that are not permitted under the current Food Handling Permit restrictions, please update menu boards/advertising to reflect only permitted items, and please provide a revised menu and process description that aligns with the current permit restrictions.
