    • 05. Is the facility operating in a manner that does not require a food handling permit from Alberta Health Services?
      • No - the owner/operator has not applied for a Food Handling Permit (FHP). The on-site operator was advised of the legal requirement to apply for a FHP. An AHS business card and AHS website was provided for operator to use and apply for FHP online forthwith. Also, the operator was advised the food business must be closed until the FHP application has been submitted, and an initial inspection and approval has been granted by AHS.Verbal ORDER TO CLOSE issued to the operator with immediate effect. AHS Placard was posted inside the front entrance doorway window. The business cannot be opened until approval is granted by a AHS Public Health Inspector.
