      • 1) The kitchen canopy/grill requires cleaning.2) In Storage Area #4, an upright cooler was present. The wooden plank/LVP had a gap, and food debris was noted in the gap at the time of inspection. Over time, germs can grow and multiply in these grooves, which are often missed during routine cleaning.*The gap must be repaired, and the area kept dry and free of debris until properly cleaned.

      • Quat sanitizer from the chemical dispenser measured 100 ppm.Use quat sanitizer at 200 ppm.REPEAT INFRACTION- March 6 Inspection Quat sanitizer measured 0ppm. A pre-filled bucket being used by clients in kitchen and sanitizer fill during inspection were both checked. Both measured 0ppm. Action Taken/RequiredSanitizer concentrate was placed in dish area with note informing all kitchen users to make sani manually and amount that should be measured and required concentration. Chemical company was also contacted immediatley to schedule service call.Sanitizer should be measured daily to ensure it is maintained at the correct concentration of 200 ppm.
