    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • There was a disinfectant available but no sanitizer on site. For food contact surfaces you require a non-rinse sanitizer. Most commonly used are chlorine (bleach) or a QUAT based product.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Fridge temperature was at 7C. The setting for the fridge was adjusted and the temperature was checked again and it was at 4C.Thermometer needs to be placed in fridge.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • No test strips were available for santizing solution.
    • 20. Do food handlers at the facility have adequate food safety training?
      • Multiple people who will be working at the concession have their food safety certfiicate. Please send verification and I will remove the violation.
