- There was a disinfectant available but no sanitizer on site. For food contact surfaces you require a non-rinse sanitizer. Most commonly used are chlorine (bleach) or a QUAT based product.
- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- Fridge temperature was at 7C. The setting for the fridge was adjusted and the temperature was checked again and it was at 4C.Thermometer needs to be placed in fridge.

- No test strips were available for santizing solution.
