- 301 - Critical Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
- Observation: Hand wash sink faucet is damaged and covered in dirt (Public Health Significance) Hand washing is the major way to prevent spread of food borne illnesses.
- Corrective Action: Operator cleaned the dirts and debris, the damaged faucet will be replaced before normal operation starts July/August
- 302 - Critical Repeat Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Wiping cloths left on the counters between use. (Public Health significance) - Cloths once used can harbor and grow bacteria if left as used at room temperature.
- Corrective Action: Store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution of 200 ppm chlorine or 200 ppm QUATs. Mix according to the manufacturer's specifications.

- Observation: Waste residual has been allowed to accumulate..
- Corrective Action: Ensure garbage storage areas properly constructed, incinerators, food waste grinders or compactors clean and do not create a nuisance. Remove all items that are stored on the floor in the dry storage room

- Observation: Kitchen area is generally dirty, unsanitary and unhygienic
- Corrective Action: Deep cleaning of the kitchen is required

- Observation: Cutting boards have deep grooves and not easily cleaned.
- Corrective Action: Resurface or get another sets of cutting boards that are in good repairs
- 402 - Critical Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)]
- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Operator not washing hands between operations (Public Health Significance) Increase risk of food borne illnesses as soiled hands can help spread pathogens
