      • 1. There is a toilet lid that is cracked on top in the preschool washroom.1. Please replace the toilet lid or repair the crack.

      • Bingo daubers were found in the preschool and OOSC rooms. Please remove all bingo daubers as they state 'keep out of reach of children.' Replace with a safer alternative such as bingo daubers that are non-toxic or state that they are made for children/can be used by children.

      • There are missing bandaids and antiseptic wipes in the OOSC first aid kit. There were also expire antiseptic wipes in the preschool first aid kit.Please ensure all first aid kits are up to date and supplies are replenished as needed. The expired wipes were discarded at the time of inspection.

      • The diapering change mat in the junior preschool room is torn.Please ensure all surfaces are smooth, easy to clean, and in good repair. Replace the diapering change mat.

      • There are various teeth marks and chipping on the foam blocks found in the infant and toddler rooms.Please ensure all toys are smooth, easy to clean, and in good repair. Discard any damaged foam blocks.

      • 1. There is a toilet lid that is cracked on top in the preschool washroom.2. There is no toilet paper on the toilet paper dispensers in the preschool washroom and the toilet paper dispensers are rusting.1. Please replace the toilet lid or repair the crack.2. Please replace the toilet paper dispensers and refill the toilet paper dispensers with toilet paper.
