- Missing ceiling tiles and vent covers were observed in the washroom areas throughout the facility. Please ensure that all ceiling tiles and vent covers are properly installed and maintained.Some wall outlets require sealing around the openings with appropriate grout or covers to prevent children from inserting fingers or objects, thereby reducing the risk of electrical injury.

- Several washrooms in the facility were found to have non-functioning sensor faucets and lacked paper towels. Please ensure that all handwashing stations are fully equipped with functioning hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and a continuous supply of paper towels.
