It was noted that the operator had just plugged in the unit just before the inspection. **Ensure the freezer is capable of maintaining a temperature of -18 degrees Celsius and the fridge is capable of maintaining a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius. Ensure there is a thermometer located in the fridge.2. The paper towel roll holder in the 18 month-3 year old room needs to be relocated as it is in the way of the diapering station closing. **Relocate paper towel roll holder.3. Obtain chlorine test strips. 4. Post diapering instructions at both diapering stations.
