      • Corrective Action(s): Operator refilled the spray bottles during the inspection - 200 PPM chlorine residual detected. Chlorine test strips are available onsite, please ensure to use those to verify the concentration.

      • 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No paper towel was available by the front handwash station. **This is a repeated violation**
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator brought out paper towel when issue was noted. Operator must ensure that all handwash stations are stocked with liquid soap and paper towel at all time when food is being prepared or when the facility is opened for business.

    • 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
      • Observation: Bare wood noted on the cabinetry unit in the front service area.
      • Corrective Action(s): Paint over the bare wood. All surfaces in a food premises must be imprevious to moisture, smooth and easy to clean and sanitize.

    • 302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two food contact surface sanitizers had a concentration of <10 ppm chlorine.
      • Corrective Action(s): Staff created a new food contact surface sanitizer that had a concentration of 100 ppm chlorine.
      • Ensure that a fresh food contact sanitizer solution is made daily
      • Note 2ml of bleach is mixed with 1 liter water

      • 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the start of the inspection, the soap and paper towel dispensers were empty at the handwashing station.
      • Corrective Action(s): Staff refilled the soap and paper towel dispensers with soap and paper towel. The handwashing station was now equipped with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
      • Violation Score: 5
    • 312 - Items not required for food premises operation being stored on the premises [s. 18]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed three propane tanks, one propane tank was connected to a burner. This is a potential fire hazard. In addition, there are no ventilation hoods available in the facility.
      • Corrective Action(s): Staff removed the propane tanks and the burner from the facility. Do not store any equipment in the facility that have not been previously approved in the approved floor plans.
