      • - One cockroach casing observed right below the pipings next to the dishwashing sinks. There are signs of cockroach activity in this area.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • - Sanitation is maintained in the premises. However, it is suspected that the cockroach activity is localized in the area below the dishwashing sinks, by the wall where all the pipes are present. Ensure to have spot treatment done in this area and deep clean all around the pipes. Monitor and clean the area everyday.

      • - Premises sanitation is maintained but it appears that the treatment is still required to target the harborage sites. Ensure to hire a professional pest control company to conduct spray treatment and/or other adequate treatment to treat hidden spaces and harborage areas. Invoices to be reviewed.

      • - Cooked chicken, fish, and various house made sauces were being stored in metal inserts and stored on top of grill - measured between 40-56C.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • - The grill has to be turned on if the food items are meant to be hot held. All items were prepared 1 hour ago as per the cook. They were reheated at the time of inspection. Purchase a warmer unit to hot hold these items.
