      • Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer solution that is too strong can potentially chemically contaminate food. Mix only 1/2 teaspoon of bleach per litre of water for proper concentrations. Ensure to use this concentration for sanitizing knives and cutting boards when manually washing as well.
