    • 19(2)(b) A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator: (b) adequately designed and appropriately located hand-washing facilities;
      • Handwashing sink must drain easily to allow easy access for proper and frequent handwashing.
    • 19(3) A food establishment must have lighting, ventilation, heating, refrigeration and plumbing that is appropriate to the specific activities of the food establishment and that is considered acceptable by the Minister.
      • Walk-in freezer light must be repaired to allow visibility in freezer for adequate sanitaiton.
    • 33(2) The operator must ensure that all refrigeration and heat-holding equipment has a temperature measuring device that is accurate and in good repair.
      • Fridge thermometer must be repaired or replaced so it accurately displays temperature in fridge.
    • 37(1) If directed by an inspector, a food establishment must maintain records that demonstrate the quality assurance system used to ensure food safety in the processing or preparation of a food.
      • Temperature logs must be kept for all cold and hot holding units storing food.

      • Handwashing stations must be equipped with paper towel in a dispenser at all times.
    • 37(1) If directed by an inspector, a food establishment must maintain records that demonstrate the quality assurance system used to ensure food safety in the processing or preparation of a food.
      • Daily temperature logs must be kept for all cold and hot holding devices storing food.
