      • The back loading bay door which is within close proximity to the ghee packaging area was left open and unattended. There was no loading/unloading occuring. The interior sliding door separating the ghee packaging area and the loading dock has been removed. Missing strips in the plastic strip curtains noted.
      • Accumulated filth and grease found inside the part of the slot drain that is under the kitchen sink and the prep table.
      • Potential pest entry points noted in the previous pest control service reports have not be sealed.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • Keep the loading bay door closed. Replace the door. Replace missing plastic strips on the curtain.
      • Thoroughly clean the slot drain each night.
      • Follow up with recommendations from pest control service: Install proper door sweeps on exit doors. Replace the seals on the back door and bay door. Seal pipe holes around kitchen. Seal all drainage trenches and holes with mesh to prevent entry.
