      • Some build-up of food scraps/debris in hard-to-reach areas through the kitchen (under tables, along walls, etc.)
      • Please thoroughly clean in these areas to prevent potential pests. Regularly ensure to pull out units and clean underneath fixed furniture. Comments Routine inspection conducted March 24, 2026: Facility is clean and organized; no signs of pest activity. Hand sink is well-equipped and unobstructed. All protective temperatures meet regulatory standards, monitoring logs are maintained. Surface sanitizer measured at 200ppm QUATs. High-temperature dishwasher final rinse cycle measured at 73.5 (main kitchen) and 75.5 (ECU) degrees Celsius at plate level. Ice machine is clean; scoop stored outside of ice. All surfaces are smooth and non-porous. Food storage practices are satisfactory. FoodSafe-certified food handlers available on site.
