      • Reusable semi-critical equipment were not properly disinfected, there was no high-level disinfectant available during the inspection.-Please provide and use high-level disinfectant such as preempt CS20 or HLD5 to disinfect equipment such as lash tweezers, nail clippers, drill bits and cuticle cutters to ensure they are properly cleaned and disinfected.Also ensure the high-level disinfectant is properly tested and its concentration verify daily.
