- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rice being hot held at an internal temperature of 46.2C.
- Corrective Action(s): Rice discarded at time of inspection. Staff knew rice wasn't very hot however they do not have a probe thermometer for checking internal cooking temperatures or hot holding temperatures.
- New rice cooker has been ordered according to staff. Ensure rice is either held hot or cold. Rice can be cooked and held in the fridge then reheated or rice can be made to order until new rice cooker is on site. DO NOT USE Rice cooker to hold food hot if it is not working.

- Corrective Action(s): After bieng instructed by EHO, staff placed folded paper towels on the counter in the front and back as the deliver of paper towels was delayed for the ones that go in the dispensers.

- Observation: Several cockroaches were found in the back prep area. Staff stated that pest control came and sprayed 2 or 3 nights ago, since then a huge decrease in the population has been noticed.
