     • There were glitter art supplies which did not have the AP seal or statement that it conforms to ASTM 4236. Art supplies should have bear one of these on its packaging to ensure that they are non-toxic. The operator removed these during the inspection.
   • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
     • There were no test strips onsite to verify the disinfectant was at the appropriate concentration for disinfection. The operator must have test strips on site to verify the disinfectant is at the appropriate concentration.
