      • The bottom black faceplate of the meat slicer is lifting in one corner making it difficult to properly clean and sanitize the machine.

      • The dishwasher was broken and a new machine has been ordered. The facility is using disposable dishes and cutlery only and using the large 3 compartment sink to manually wash all dishes and equipment. Please let the inspector know once the new machine is in place.March 11: Operator stated the dishwasher was replaced early February. The display thermometer stated the sanitize cycle was operating at around 85℃, however, multiple thermometers only reached a maximum of 66℃ at plate level. Please go back to disposable dishes and use the 3-compartment sink method until the dishwasher reaches a minimum of 71.0℃ at plate level.

      • Garbage bags were covering bread in multiple areas. All food covers or packaging must be food grade.

      • The dishwasher was broken and a new machine has been ordered. The facility is using disposable dishes and cutlery only and using the large 3 compartment sink to manually wash all dishes and equipment. Please let the inspector know once the new machine is in place.

      • The steamer unit appears to be leaking as water is pooling next to/under the equipment. Find the source of the leak and repair so water does not pool on the floor.

      • One of the sinks in the 3-compartment sink is leaking. The piece has been ordered and it should be repaired in 2 weeks. The industrial dishwasher measured 75 degrees C.

      • Paint is peeling off the ceiling in the dry storage exposing a patch of mould. Have Maintenace address this to ensure there is no water leak. Clean the mould and repair peeling paint.

      • The temperature of one small cooler with bagged meals was 10 degrees during inspection. The temperature logs showed it was <4.0 in the morning. Manager was to check in 30 minutes after inspection and move food if cooler did not cool down.
