- The dishwasher was broken and a new machine has been ordered. The facility is using disposable dishes and cutlery only and using the large 3 compartment sink to manually wash all dishes and equipment. Please let the inspector know once the new machine is in place.March 11: Operator stated the dishwasher was replaced early February. The display thermometer stated the sanitize cycle was operating at around 85℃, however, multiple thermometers only reached a maximum of 66℃ at plate level. Please go back to disposable dishes and use the 3-compartment sink method until the dishwasher reaches a minimum of 71.0℃ at plate level.

- The temperature of one small cooler with bagged meals was 10 degrees during inspection. The temperature logs showed it was <4.0 in the morning. Manager was to check in 30 minutes after inspection and move food if cooler did not cool down.
