- Observation: * Cooked meats (eg. tandoori meats) were found stored at room temperature and these had been stored like that since morning which was over 2 hours ago. Sauces were found being stored at room temperature and not proper cooling. Sauces to be cooked and then cooled quickly and stored into cooler at 4'C/40'F or colder
- Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all cooked foods cooled quickly(eg. in small portions within 1 hour)and then stored in cooler at 4'C/40'F or colder.

- Observation: * Food was being stored improperly in kitchen areas with cooked food stored on top of boxes and other prepped foods being stored under boxes and on floors. This is unacceptable storage practise and can lead to cross contamination! Food was not covered properly in some areas and that can lead to cross contamination. Some foods were discarded (eg. onions, sugar, tandoori meats, etc.)
