- - Half filled milk jug and 2x cheesecake slices stored at 8C in a coca cola cooler.

- - Operator discarded the foods mentioned above.

- 1. Wash and sanitize the plates and glasses using the 4-compartment sink available on site.
- - Purchase a new stock of chlorine. Ensure adequate supplies of chemicals are available for use on site.
- 2. Both spray bottles have been replenished with 200 ppm QUATS.
- - Ensure a fresh sanitizer solution is prepared daily. Recommend to use QUATs test strips to monitor the concentration.

- 1. A professional technician has been contacted and repaired the low temperature dishwasher during the inspection. There was a puncture on a drawline.

- - Check and record the concentration of the dishwasher daily.
- 2. Fix the cooler. Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in the cooler until it can achieve and maintain at 4C or below.

- -The walk in cooler was removed and several smaller refrigerators were installed its place. However, the capacity is limited. Re-install or provide an alternate solution to address the lack of refrigerated storage.

- Corrective Action(s): Have a professional pest control company come onsite, and provide the report to Fraser Health afterwards. Seal all entry points, including ones in hard to reach areas (behind and underneath equipment). Clean all droppings with a bleach solution. Follow up in two weeks.
