      • Side railing on the change table was observed to be unstable and not securely affixed. This was corrected during the inspection and operator secured the railing during the inspection.DO THE FOLLOWLING:All railings on the change tables must be secured to ensure that they don't move when being held onto for support.

    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • Refrigerator in Toddler room 1 did not have a child lock on it. Please ensure that there is a lock provided so children cannot access the refrigerator.
    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • Wall was in disrepair behind the bathroom door in Toddler room 2. Please ensure the hole is repaired.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • Handwash station, in Toddler room 1, had dishes in them. This was corrected during the inspection. Facility was advised to use a separate to stack dishes that need to be washed in the dishwasher. Please ensure that all handwash stations are accessible at all times for handwashing.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Carpets, in the preschooler's room, were stained. Please ensure this is cleaned. Diaper change table in the infant room had sand and debris.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • Soft plush toys observed in the infant room were not being disinfected properly. Soft toys should not be disinfected using a chlorine sanitizer as infants can chew on the toys. Please ensure they are cleaned and sanitized according to the manufacturer's instructions.

      • 1. Facility was using 100ppm bleach disinfectant for high touch surfaces in classrooms.2. Observed carpets, plush toys, wicker baskets, books, and natural play materials being used in rooms.COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. During outbreaks, concentration of bleach disinfectant must be increased to 1000ppm. - When using on tables, leave the 1000ppm bleach disinfectant on the surface for 1 minute and then rinse off after with potable water. 2. Remove any items from rooms that cannot be easily cleaned and disinfected during the outbreak.

      • **NOT OBSERVED AT TIME OF INSPECTION***Mat in common area in play space was not in good repair. Please replace it.*Gaps on the wood stumps. Please seal them and make sure they don't cause any injuries of kids.*Fridge in toddler room was broken. It was not operational during the inspection. Temperature of the small fridge unit was measured at 19C. Milk in the fridge was discarded during the inspection due to temperature issue.*Diaper changing table surface was not in good repair. Surface was getting paint chipping.
