- 1. A glass-mercury thermometer was found in a cutlery drawer. Glass and mercury should not be in a kitchen or food preparation area. The thermometer was removed during the inspection.

- 1. There was no thermometer in the fridge. Purchase a thermometer for the fridge.A probe thermometer was available.Temperatures were satisfactory. Coolers were measured below 4C. Freezers below -18C.
