      • Gap in the floor, and hole in the washroom floor have been sealed with silicone/caulking.Hole in the washroom wall overed with raw (unfinished) wood.ACTION: please seal the raw wood so that it is non-absorbent and easy to clean.

      • Following conditions were noted during the inspection:1) Kitchen area was accessible to children. There was no physical barrier (door/guards/walls) to stop the kids from assessing kitchen area. Stove, iron, and sharp knife were observed in access to children.2) Chemical were observed in open shelves.Following actions are required:-Close the kitchen area with suitable guards to prevent kids accessibility.-Store all the chemicals including cleaning supplies in locked cabinets.December 5th, 2025: Violation was still pending.

      • 1) Hole was observed in the bathroom wall (Boys washroom).Make sure to fill in the hole to prevent further damage to the wall.** Gap was observed in the wooden flooring (area dedicated for kids aged between 3 to 5 years).It is highly recommended to fill those gaps to make flooring smooth and easily cleanable.December 5th, 2025: Violation was still pending.

Please ensure that the walls, ceiling, and floors are smooth, easy to clean, and non-absorbent to prevent potential physical hazards, pest infestations, and the accumulation of debris.
