- The chlorine-based mechanical dishwasher was run and 0ppm chlorine was detected. The sanitizer line was primed, and the machine was run again, 0ppm was still detected. Please have the dishwasher serviced such that it is sanitizing at 100ppm. Until the dishwasher has been fixed, please manually sanitize all dishes and equipment.
