- 1. Staff indicated the handwashing sink was not working. Staff used the hand washing sink in another mobile food truck, which was too far from the shack's location. 2. Paper towel was missing.1. Please ensure to have a handwashing sink working at all times for proper hand hygiene. Staff repaired the handwashing sink working during the inspection. 2. Staff restocked the paper towel during the inspection.
