- HLD5 disinfectant was being previously used. Test strips were available. Supplier was out of HLD5 and PreEmpt CS20 was purchased. This requires different test strips (for different strength of hydrogen peroxide). Please purchase the correct test strips and maintain a HLD log.

- Sterility assurance documents for pre sterilized items were not being stored for each client.Please keep all sterility documentation stored with each individual client it is used on.
