      • -An antiseptic product is not being applied prior to a service that will puncture the skin. Ensure an antiseptic product is used.
    • 13. Is single-use or uncleanable equipment being used as intended (Critical)?
      • -Single use lancets were not being discarded after each use. Ensure lancets are disposed of after each use.
    • 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
      • - Cosmetic products were not labelled with manufacturer’s instructions and ingredients. The label for the Aloe products being used was not in English. Please ensure only cosmetic products with a detailed label are available for use.

      • -Only a mobile sink was available for reprocessing semi-critical equipment. Please ensure that a dedicated equipment reprocessing sink is available that is plumbed in.
