      • Operator did not have a written procedure for sink decontamination, and a template was provided on-site.
    • 04. Are business-specific written procedures established to adequately describe safe and sanitary practices in a mobile business?
      • Operator had written procedures for hand hygiene, transportation, handling single-use items, storage, and cleaning/disinfection of client service areas. Operator was missing a detailed written procedure for brush cleaning/reprocessing (corrected on-site) and was missing some key details in the disinfection of client service areas (disinfectants used, DIN, contact times, etc. - also corrected onsite).
    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • Facility is properly constructed and maintained, with the sole exception of missing one proper garbage can for client service area (with lid and lined garbage bag). The operator mentioned they would replace this quickly.
    • 30. Is the reprocessing area of a personal service facility that uses reusable equipment properly designed, managed and maintained to ensure the safety of clients?
      • Operator mentioned they use the kitchen sink for makeup brush reprocessing. Please use the bathroom sink instead for makeup brush reprocessing (after following a sink decontamination procedure) in order to prevent cross-contamination with equipment or surfaces used for dining and/or food preparation.
