      • O1: Potable water tank remains undersized for a Type C mobile food unit.
      • C1: Minimum potable water tank size is 130L, with wastewater tank being 25% larger. Comments Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing station supplied with running hot/cold water, liquid soap and paper towel. - Unable to verify working temperature of coolers at the time of inspection, ensure temperatures are monitored and recorded on log sheet(s). - Quat sanitizer available, concentration was above 200 ppm, ensure to dilute working sanitizer solution to 200 ppm for food contact surfaces. - Ensure vinegar is only used for cleaning purposes, it is not an approved sanitizer. - Generator is fully functional, ventilation hood and filters are in good sanitary condition.
