- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front undercounter condiment cooler observed to be not plugged in. All PHF's stored inside discarded (Cheese, lettuce, sauces) . Inspection was done just before opening so no food from this cooler was provided to clients.
- Corrective Action(s): Do not place new condiments into the cooler until it has dropped to <4c
- Discuss with staff when cleaning at night to verify when equipment has pulled out that the equipment has not been accidently unplugged.
