      • The shelf used to hold and store tools on in the reprocessing sink area is unfinished and not smooth.Please ensure all work surfaces are smooth, easy to clean, and in good repair.

      • There were reused files and buffers found on the manicure cart. Files and buffers are single-use items and must be thrown out after each use. Do not reuse.

      • The high level disinfectant (Preempt CS20) was expired at the time of inspection along with a bottle of intermediate level disinfectant (Preemt RTU) that was found in the staff room.Please replace all expired bottles immediately.
