- Written procedures for Client care in case of accidental cuts and punctures were not maintained.Written procedures for sink decontamination between use as hand washing sink and tools reprocessing were not available.Templates for written procedures would be provided with this e-mail.

- It was observed that facility needs cleaning and organizing.Make sure to take out all the cosmetic products from the client service cart clean and properly organize them.Remove the extra furniture and cosmetic products not required.

- There was not enough storage space for proper storing and organizing of tools and equipment.Add some extra storage space/working table in client service area.
