      • The paper towel dispensers were empty during the inspection. Temporary paper towels were available pending the arrival of shipment. ** Ensure each handwashing station is equipped with paper towel in suitable dispenser.

      • The garbage compactor was overfilled, and leachates were observed in the vicinity. Due to construction the garbage truck could not have access for pick-up. Operator will contact the company to schedule pick-up** Have a system in place that ensure consistence maintenance of waste material.

      • The handwashing station at the front-end was not equipped paper towel. Once notified, paper towel was provided. The handwashing station requirements were discussed with manager onsite.

      • 1. Food contact equipment (oven gloves) was observed in unsanitary conditions. ** Ensure all food contact equipment are kept clean and sanitary at all times. 2. Signs of corrosion/accumulation debris was observed at the interior of the ice machine. ** Ensure the equipment is kept clean and sanitary and reduces the risk of food contamination.
