- The Quat sanitizing solution contained in the 3-comartment sink was measured at 500ppm. Operator drained and refilled the solution which was measured at 200ppm**Maintain sanitizer used for sanitizing dishes/utensils at 200ppm at all times.

- The ambient temperature of the dairy cooler in the front service area was measured at 9 degrees C. The drawers of the cooler appeared to be off the tracks and the doors were not closing properly.
