- Long tangling wires were observed in the classroom.-Please tape down or keep all long wires out of reach of the children to prevent risk of entanglement.
- 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
- The concentration of surface sanitizer, bleach solution, was inadequate. The bleach solution showed no colour change when tested with suitable test strips.-Please maintain the bleach solution's concentration at 100 ppm to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces including high touch areas.
