- The concentration of surface/equipment sanitizer, bleach solution, was inadequate. The bleach solution showed no colour change when tested with suitable test strips.-Please maintain the bleach solution's concentration at 100 ppm to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces and equipment.

- There was no temperature log record kept for refrigerated equipment.-Please maintain daily log record for fridge and freezer temperature to ensure proper food safety process.
