- Loose onions were emptied directly onto the floor in the back warehouse for repackaging into smaller bags in the back warehouse. Do not dump vegetables out onto the floor - use a clean surface to sort/repackage foods.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- There was a gap under the front entrance. Please replace door sweep and/or make necessary repairs to eliminate any gap.

- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- 1) There was a gap under the front entrance. Please replace door sweep and/or make necessary repairs to eliminate any gap.2) There was a gap in the bottom corner of the side door in the receiving bay. Please eliminate the gap.3) The overhead warehouse door was wide open and no deliveries were being received. Staff advised the door remains open whenever staff are on break. The warehouse door was still open when inspector was leaving and staff were repackaging onions in the space at the time. When there are no deliveries, the overhead door should be kept closed.
- 24. Is solid and liquid waste being managed in a suitable manner?
- Loose garbage (spoiled fruits/vegetables, cardboard, etc.) on ground around outdoor dumpsters. Clean outdoor dumpster area. Keep dumpster lids closed to prevent birds from scavening.
